Owner Comments:

Flak - - anti-aircraft. "So heavy, you could walk on it" was the saying. Dad had to fly through this frequently - - sometimes heavy, sometimes meager. I have a couple of chunks of shrapnel from the Flak that pierced through the tail of his ship and pinged all around him!
