The typical '27 S issue is weakly struck with a satiny luster that is not terribly bright. Gems are rare, mainly due to excessive bag marks and the weak strikes.

This coin is a rarity, in that it shows a full strike and great luster. It also has very clean devices and fields, making it a Peace Dollar with great eye appeal.
