Comments:
I purchased this coin for $49.50 on 9/9/2019 from eBay as an NGC MS67 (319552-043) in an old fatty holder that predated the 5FS designation. Prior to 2020, NGC offered a service called "designation review" where you could have an NGC graded coin re-evaluated for either a strike designation such as 5FS or the star designation for exceptional eye appeal for a meager $12. Considering the reholder fee is $10, it was quite the deal. Unfortunately, they discontinued the service, and now if you want consideration for 5FS from a coin in an old holder, you must submit under the regrade tier and the coin loses its old serial number.

So I submitted the coin for regrade on 7/27/2020 and paid the $22 adjusted grading fee after S&H bringing my total investment to $71.50. There was little doubt that the coin would upgrade to MS67 5FS and it now has a price guide value of $375.
