Only 5,700 1891 CC's of the total mintage of 1.6 million were offered in the GSA auction. Almost all GSA's of this date are quite "baggy". NGC has only graded 10 above MS63 as of 4/2022. A few more in the more common VAM 3 Spitting Eagle.
