Owner Comments:

Nice prooflike fields showing a slight contrast against the devices. Population data from NGC shows 56 Prooflike examples in MS63 with 70 higher. This is the Vam 1 of this date showing a spike above the bottom crossbar on the right side of F in OF. Both 1's in the date are doubled at top left. The reverse displays a weak strike in the wreath leaves which is commom for the 21-D.
