Using this coin in the NGC registry is a necessity to be competitive. Although it is a nice coin, it is no better than my NGC graded PF69 Ultra Cameo, but it is worth more registry points. PCGS has a lower bar for PF70 Ike's than NGC. I use it in the registry only to draw attention to the irony inherit to the "top sets" in this category.
