Owner Comments:

From 1942 to 1945 in order to preserve Nickel, critical for war time use, a special silver alloy Nickel was produced. This example has exceptional eye appeal the obverse is toned to a pale yellowish green with some orange and red highlights, while the reverse is toned to more of bright aqua blue, the entire coin has nice luster, and surfaces as well as a very nice strike just a shade short of a full-steps designation. This is a top pop coin.
