Frosted cameo devices on this pleasing gem proof Barber quarter. The fields are evenly mirrored with deep reflectivity. Pure white surfaces stand in direct contrast to Ms. Liberty's head. The eagle boldly floats below a field of frosted stars. No 1914 graded higher, only 380 minted.
