Owner Comments:

A difficult coin to find in this lofty grade that can lay claim to a full step designation. The strike is slightly soft as is often seen for this date and mm, still much better than the average as the pop of 7 with 3 higher shows. I would be interested to see what CAC would say but they do not currently review this coin.
