Some light golden toning crowns Liberty's head making this coin a bit unique. There are 906 NGC grades coins in MS 67 and 125 in higher grades. Of the 20 million Philly minted coins, it seems many were kept un-circulated. I bought this coin for $750 vs. the price guide value of $1000.
