Owner Comments:

The Barber series replaced the longstanding Seated Liberty series after it fell from public favor. There was much dissatisfaction with even the newer Morgan dollar. A new series was welcome, but the Barber series was met with mixed reactions. The Barber dime is a very collectible series, with only a single "impossible" key of the 1894-S (mintage = 24).

This white example has fantastic luster under natural light..NGC graded about 120 20th century Barber dimes in MS67 and about 25 more in higher grade.
