Lyman Allen #9.01 (KM #181) - Mintage: 3,500,000

General
The Commonwealth reverse was designed by Ambrosio Morales for the 1936 Commemorative Pesos and Fifty Centavos. 1937 was the first year that 10 Centavo coins were produced by the Manila Mint bearing the Commonwealth reverse. This is the only year that the "M" mint mark with parallel vertical sides was used. It was changed to appear as an inverted "W" in 1938.

This Coin
This coin exhibits excellent luster but with a weak strike typical of Manila mint issues.
