ONLY 27 GRADED HIGHER!

In 1961 the U.S. Mint sold 3,028,244 Proof Sets, but only 697 of the Lincoln Cents from that year have survived in Proof 69 RD condition. Talk about condition-rarity! Just 27 1961 Proof Cents are graded higher than this coin...out of 3 Million! It's one of the finest examples of a Proof Lincoln Cent from 1961.
