Owner Comments:

Old NGC slab with the sticker peeled off the back. No mention of NGC anywhere except by way of the logo. Not sure it would regrade at 58 if reholdered due to the obverse being soft & mushy on the upper portion. Reverse is well struck and slightly rotated. eBay, $30, June 2019
