Beautiful rose tinged toning can be seen on the obverse left field of this American Silver Eagle. The devices and fields have a smooth creamy texture and an excellent sharp strike, original mint luster, as well as no spots, hairlines, hits (contact marks), scuff marks or other defects.
Numismatic News: American Silver Eagle sales were down in the first half of 2012 as compared to 2011 although in a January article in Coin World, it was noted that the year's new American Silver Eagle was among the factors encouraging attendance at the annual Florida United Numismatists (FUN) convention in Orlando in January 2012.
