beautiful, clean fields
Three commemorative dollars were issued in 1992. The third dollar was issued to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the White House. The obverse of the coin features a view of the White House's north portico (where the President and First Lady greet guests of state before a gala dinner). The reverse of the coin features a bust of the architect of the White House, James Hoban. There were 123,803 uncirculated coins produced by the Denver Mint and 375,851 proof coins produced by the West Point Mint. These dollars are fairly easy to locate in perfect MS70 condition, and are difficult to find in perfect PF70 condition. A PF70 graded coin is a key coin in any collection of Modern Commemorative dollars.
