ONE OF THE FINEST EXAMPLES!
While the number of Proof Sets the U.S. Mint sold in 1956 almost doubled, to 669,384, the overall percentage of high-grade survivors didn't really change that much. Only 1103 of the Roosevelt dimes minted in that year are graded Proof 69. 263 have been graded higher.
