The World War II 50th Anniversary half dollar is the 8th half dollar minted in the "Modern Commemorative" era. The obverse of the 1993-P (dated "1991-1995") half dollar features the profiles of three soldiers and the "V" for victory symbol. The reverse of the coin features a soldier in a Pacific War action scene. There were 317,396 coins minted. These half dollars are comprised of 92% copper and 8% nickel and are fairly difficult to find in PF70 UCAM condition.
