Lyman Allen #3.04 (KM #179) - Mintage: 4,000,000

As in 1939, the only denomination struck in 1940 at the Manila mint was the one centavo. This coin exhibits the weak strike typical of all Commonwealth reverse One Centavos minted in Manila. Although the strike is weak, it has great color and substantial eye appeal. Only one finer graded by NGC.
