This is a sharp, well struck coin made from dies which were beginning to fail. There are two die cracks on the obverse and one on the reverse. The most prominent die crack begins from a rim cud under the date, passes through the right arrow and exits at the rim near the 13th. star. A second lighter obverse die crack begins at the rim, passes through stars 7 and 8 and exits at the rim above star 9.
A reverse die crack passes through the final "A" in "AMERICA" to the rim.
