The U.S. Mint developed a new special finish for the 2013 West Point special 2-coin set. This finish, denoted as "Enhanced Uncirculated" by the Mint, is called "Specimen - Enhanced Finish" by NGC. This was the first time the Mint used this finish, and it wouldn't be used again until the 2014 Specimen Sacagawea dollar included in the Coin and Currency set for that year.
