This is a very rate example of the 1987 in which the edge lettering is missing or very indistinct. It is hard in my opinion to say that these "plain edge" coins were never lettered or that the "touch" of the lettering process was just very light. A black and white problem free coin of exceptional rarity, especially in this grade.
