1900 VAM-11. Doubled die reverse showing a second image of the lower edge of the arrow heads and arrow shafts. This coin is available in higher grades so don't settle for an AU or pay a huge premium for a low-end Mint State example.
(the image is of my condition census PCGS MS-66 coin awating attribution on the holder). Be sure to check the obverse stars for doubling... if it is present, your coin is a VAM-24 not VAM-11.
