Julia Tyler is the 13th in the NGC series but chronologically was the second wife of the10th President. As the second wife of Tyler she was and 30 years his junior (a bit Creepy). His first wife (of similar age as tyler) died one year into his Presidency. The old fellow sure had a lot of energy, in addition to being President he sired 15 children, 8 with Letitia and 7 with Julia. No clue why NGC separated the two Mrs. Tylers in the registry set? I don't recall the emission sequence from the Mint but I think Julia was the 11th "First Spouse" released.
