This is the highest known grade with a pop of 2. The coin i upgraded from was an MS67 and that has a pop of 2 as well. The 1987 is a very difficult coin to find in MS67 or higher. During my search, i probably submitted about 25 1987 double dies most of them grading MS65 and MS66.
