This is the second coin of this type that I have owned. I initially bought a raw coin on ebay for $1100 and sent it in for grading ($65 counting postage) and it came back as a PF65. I tried to return it thru ebay and they denied it and I eventually won a paypal dispute after getting a couple of letters from coin dealers attesting to the fact that the coin was damaged and shouldn't have been sold as a flawless proof coin.
When I finally got the refund in hand I searched ebay for this coin. I found this coin and determined which store it was and then contacted them directly and not through ebay. I was so mad at ebay that I was not going to give them $120 in sales commissions on this coin. I was able to get this at $1220 instead of $1340 on ebay.
