After 8 years the U.S. Mint is back making proof coins and not doing very well.Most 1950-53 proof coins have problems . NGC has only graded 1 nickles in pf 69, 1 IN 69 cameo and one a 69 star cam WOW! Three in pf 69 total!this is a tuff coin in top grade. Pcgs has 23 in d.cam. Only one,the top graded coin is 67+ D.cam. NGC has 4 in ultra 2/66 1/67/and one big bad boy 68 ultra cam!The coin I own is a 67 d.cam.This coin is VERY well struck with no pitting on the jaw,however it is lightly toned,more on the reverse. Bought on Heritage auction
