This is the seventh year in the State Quarter Program. This is a silver proof, and this is the first silver proof graded this high to be registered at NGC for this type. It has, also, been the #1 coin twice in 2005 (so far). At the time of this description this is the #1 registered set for a second time. NGC changed some of the registry placement points, and it is a better system.
