As of today, Aug.12th of 2007, I have totalled the population reports of NGC, PCGS and ANACS. It is my opinion that, in XF and above, the following coins are the HARDEST Walkers to obtain: 20D--19D--21S--19S--21D--17S Obv--1919--23S--21--20S--28S--17D Rev. I suppose that we could talk about all the various contigencies that might affect the numbers---but, in the end, these are the Toughest Walkers to obtain IMHO. After that would be the 18D--18--16S--27S--17S Rev--17D Obv--29S.
