This is a new upgrade to the MS68 i had. This was one of the toughest coins to find in high grade. Since I started my set over 18 months ago inhave submitted several 2008's and the highest grade i received was MS68. Milk spots are the biggest issue from 2000 to 2008 making making a grade of ms69 for those years extremely difficult. There are no grade 70's for this year.
