Outstanding First Day of Issue Harry Truman presidential dollar from the Annual Dollar Coin Set in NGC First Day of Issue holder with great luster, no toning, and strong strike. A few very light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with MS68 grade. Purchased as part of a 4-coin 2015-P NGC MS67 FDOI presidential dollar set for $26.94 on 2/27/16 on eBay from Russell Smerdon (russellsmerdon).
