Picked this coin up on Ebay for 6 dollars. It will be a placeholder until I can find an MS 65 or higher at a reasonable cost.
This coin has exceedingly great steps with the count being 5-5-5-6 but IMHO there are to many planchet flaws on Jefferson's jaw and coat combined with a rather large carbon spot to the right of Jeffersons outline to warrant a higher grade.

Suffice it to say that this year/mm combination is rare with full steps.
