Banco de Mexico released in 2014 for the first time a 7-coinset including also the 2 and 5oz silver proofs (250 sets). During an exploding demand for mexican libertads it was very hard to obtain proofs from this year and premiums for raw coins skyrocked with the release of the sets in february 2014.
