Owner Comments:

From 1840-1859 the with drapery and stars version of The Liberty Seated half dimes were produced. This example of the type is exceptional. A flashy albeit small coin graded as gem, MS65. This coin's weakness would be some softness on the obverse strike, noticeable in the star detail on the coins right side. Otherwise, the coin has very attractive antique looking toning, with abundant luster, and nice surfaces.
