It seems that the scarcer the coin (date and mint) in Mint State, the harder it is to get a decent grade. Take this 1884-S for example; Compared to just about any other Morgan, this looks closer to a 63 or 64 than to a 62 or lower Yet somehow the grader(s) give it the lower grade. Happens quite frequently, I've noticed. Anyone agree? Or am I out of my mind?
