This 16.00 grams, .100 Ag, 34.50mm, Mexican Peso had a mintage of 9,308,000 and has a low NGC population of just 11 (with only one finer at MS 67). The obverse of this coin depicts the right facing bust of Jose Morelos surrounding by a wreath with the mint mark Mo. to the left of the head. The reverse of this coin features the Mexican National Arms (a left facing eagle perched upon a cactus with a snake in its mouth surrounded by a wreath) and the denomination and date at bottom center. This coin has been demonetized.
