Owner Comments:

Almost all the coin minted at San Francisco throughout the entire 1920's are of very low quality even though many had quite high mintages. This makes finding high grade high quality examples a real challenge. This is one of those few high quality coins. The strike is fuller than average and the surfaces are clean though hidden under a thin textured toning. Very close to gem and maybe a good candidate for an upgrade try one day; however the newer style holder suggests that may have been attempted already. Given a CAC green bean and housed in a newer style prong generation 5 PCGS holder.
