Bright, white coin with some frosting of the surfaces. Strike is very exceptional for this late date coin. It was likely an early strike from new dies. A few bag marks keep this coin out of the MS 66 grade. Overall an exceptional piece from the 1960's. Population 487/30/1/0. Mintage 18,215,812
