SEMI-KEY YEAR pcgs has graded 16 in deep cameo with 4-69dcam NGC has graded only 7 in ultra cameo, with only 1-69 ulcam , none in 68 ulcam all the rest are 67 ultra or less!
The coin I have is just stunning!There is no spots or haze {if you see any it's just a reflection}.I will send this coin back to NGC for a possible upgrade I see no problems. E-Bay find
