NGC MS63 DPL CAC. This coin is the sole finest of 5 examples designated Deep Prooflike (as Sept 2018).
Of all double eagles graded by NGC, only 35 have received the DPL designation with 5 in MS63, 1 in MS64 (the fabulous 1866 MS64DPL) and 1 in MS66DPL (an 1892), thus this coin is tied for 3 finest in DPL in the series. This is the single DPL NGC graded $20 with a CAC sticker (the only other DPL examples are PCGS-graded 1857-S SSCA double eagles).
