Owner Comments:

Superb Washington silver proof quarter with very strong strike and great luster housed in an older style NGC slab. Both sides exhibit pretty strong cameo with mirrored fields being close to ultra cameo quality. There are tiny gold toning spots on both sides, concentrated along the rims. There appears to be no external damage in the form of contact marks or scratches. Cost: $25.74 on 5/10/15 on eBay from Phil Weinrouch (phil_in_marin).
