MISLABELED! COIN IS ACTUALLY 1969-S! Gorgeous white proof Washington clad quarter with super luster and strong strike. Coin appears to be full cameo. I am guessing grader thought that reverse just missed but still gave a STAR designation. No visible external damage appears to be present; could grade as high as PF70CAM. Cost: $16.30 on 1/31/15 on eBay from George Kotliks (kotlius).
