Owner Comments:

After a 17 year hiatus 1921 was the final year and grand finale for the Morgan Dollar with very large mintages. This example is the only D mint type. Why I selected this coin: as the only D mint example I sought out a gem, this MS65 example has a full strike, smooth cheek and great surfaces, along with a satiny luster.
