Seller description:
Rare 1900-S Dollar, MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike NGC. In MS64 only three other pieces have been DPL graded by NGC with two finer. PCGS has graded three in MS64 DMPL with only one finer (8/06). While available as a non-prooflike, Prooflike and Deep Mirror Prooflike 1900-S dollars are exceptionally difficult. Deep Mirror examples are not noticeably rarer in one grade than another--they are absolute rarities in all grades. Pinpoint striking details are seen on each side with fully detailed hair over Liberty's ear and complete definition on the eagle's breast. Brilliant throughout, the fields are deeply reflective with light mint frost over the devices. (Registry values: P5, N2998) (NGC ID# 256H, PCGS# 97271).
