VAM-14Nice Select DMPL specimen for this date. Superbly struck for the date with only minor weakness above the ear. This is an outstanding toned cameo for the grade. Specialists will appreciate the strike on this beauty. 1888 through 1897 New Orleans dollars are overwhelmingly poorly struck. They key to cherry picking these has always been to look for full strikes.
