Owner Comments:

Superb essentially white Washington silver proof quarter with very strong strike and super luster. A few minute gold toning spots are present but only visible under magnification. Obverse device and mottoes exhibit light cameo frost. There appears to be no visible external damage. Cost: $18.52 on 4/27/14 on eBay from Mark Alberti (maja.maja).
