1990-P. *Breen 4496. This coin has a stunning, fully prooflike reverse with superior strike and luster, and it grades MS-67, until you turn him over. Obverse of coin displays two tiny side-by-side contacts marks in the field east of Washington's bust, and exhibits signs of slight mishandling of the planchet before striking, making this "just" an MS-66; accurately graded. Purchased from Stephen Parker.
