1991-P. *Breen 4499. George has a half-moon shaped bagmark halfway up his nose. Two minor dings are seen on eagle's right wing, and an unusual incuse die flaw is embedded in one of the flight feathers of the left wing. The coin is very bright, white, and prooflike, and deserves the assigned grade. Purchased from Stephen Parker.

NGC Population of 2, with one other listed as MS-67 Prooflike. None finer.
