What seems to be an ongoing controversy, in the past two decades. The validation of these, as Proof Like coins, comes, goes, and changes. Whatever the case, these coins, at a minimum do exist. As PL? As SP? Who Knows. In any case, they should be recognized for what they are.....Super Rare!

Set Goals
To validate and display, the existence of a very difficult and RARE set to assemble in any grade, slab / holder, PL, or SP.
