This is an example of one of P. Kempson reverse. I saved a lot of time by displaying the four reverses you can see by the dot it's very small. The crest is the same on all his reverses on this special set. The dots are just different on this special complete set.

Holy Trinity Church was built with stood in the same churchyard as St. Michaels. It was built in the gothic style and in the shape of a crucified shape as many churches today. It was built sometime around 1269A.D. The spurs was built around 1667. A short time later a tale blew down the spire. This damaged the church. In 1856 extensive repairs were performed I do believe it still stands today.

White Friars many people don't know this was a branch of the Franciscans. They wore white garbs and fed the poor. They took the sick it was founded in around 1342. Now when King Henry the VIII took over he pillaged all the Abbyeys and made them part of his cooperation. With all the monies going to Cardinal Worsley and himself. A place of God who helped the people. He was a great guy. Only kidding.

This is an example of Kempson famous Handel Reverse they are all rare. Handel was born in Germany moved to England were he wrote the famous Messiah. He became an English citizen and was buried in Westminster Abby. They loved him and he loved them. Kempson paid his respect by putting this reverse on his tokens. The mintages were low which does make them pricy but worth it.. Thanks Mike
